Windows 10: Why I can't modify my settings?

Can someone help me with this? For no reason I see that it won't let me change my settings when I turn on the camera and microphone. I mean, it just doesn't work or what it does, and it doesn't let me click "change" and "off."I've spent 20 minutes of my life finding the problem and I see there are no tutorials so I hope someone interacts

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

If you shrink the window to a certain point, the icons will go to 'list view'.
Try maximizing the window.
