Windows 10: Why i cant remove Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml threats ?

I cannot remove the Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml threats on my pc . It didnt said anything when i press the remove button. And everytime i restart my pc there is a similar threats , so its duplicate the threats. I dont know its harmful or not but can u guys help me to fix it? i tried many things and i tried tron too but i didnt work .
