Windows 10: Why I cant see the Search box and Windows Spotlight in the Taskbar While hiding the taskbar...

Hello I have a problem with my Search box in taskbar Im used to hiding taskbar to give me more of my screen and I like the little art that's in the search box until recently I updated my windows up to date before using Release Preview Channel and I can see full search box with windows spotlights arts every day in the task bar WHILE hiding the taskbar, Yesterday I joined the Release Preview Channel and I found that the search box got back to awful old look which is only magnifying glass while hiding the taskbar now I'm on 24H2 Windows 11 Pro and I can't get this priceless feature back. Is t

Did you try the “Auto-hide the taskbar” option from Taskbar properties?



If you have not tried it, I would suggest you to follow these steps and auto-hide the taskbar:

• Right click on Taskbar.
• Click on Properties
• Check the box Auto-hide the taskbar.
• Click on OK.

This issue with search box may happen if it's hidden from the taskbar.

To resolve the issue, follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the taskbar and select Search.
• Select Show search box.

Steps:

• Right click on Taskbar, move the mouse cursor on to
  Search option.
• Select Show Search icon (You will see Search icon beside Start)
• Select Show search bar (You will see Search bar beside Start)
