Windows 10: why I can't use keyboard shortcuts after right click in Win11? This is killing me!

These tasks are much more effort now:New folderWin10: right click, W then FWin 11: left go mouse, left hand press Ctrl + Shift, right hand press N.Folder Property:Win10: right click, RWin 11: let go mouse, left hand Alt, right hand NDelete:Win10: right click, D. No thinking involved, all mussle memory.Win 11: right click, then foucs your mind, find the little Recycle Bin button.Bring back the right click short cuts!!!!!

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK

• What is the make and model of your computer?
• Are you using a laptop keyboard or external keyboard?

Adjusting the volume levels using the keyboard shortcuts depends if your device/keyboard supports media keys.

Meanwhile, let's try creating a shortcut key for the Master Volume. Refer to the steps below:

1. Right-click on an empty area on Desktop, then select
New and Shortcut.

2. Copy and paste the location below:

C:\\Windows\System32\SndVol.exe -T 76611119 0

3. Click on Next button and provide a name for the said Shortcut and click Finish.

4. Right-click on it and select Properties.

5. Assigned your desired shortcut key like F11 or F10 by just pressing it in the
Shortcut key area.

6. Click Apply and Click OK to save changes.

• Type "Calculator" in start menu.
• Click on Calculator and drag it to desktop.
• Right click on it and select Properties.
• Now go to Shortcut tab and add a shortcut.
• Click on OK.

You could face this issue due to corrupt our outdated Keyboard Driver. I suggest you to follow the steps given below and check if it helps you.

What is the make and model of your computer?

Method 1: Run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

• Type Troubleshooting in Search.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

Move to next method if you still face this issue.

Method 2: Uninstall and reinstall the Keyboard driver from manufacturer’s website.

Follow these steps to Uninstall Keyboard driver.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Search for Keyboard driver and expand it.
• Right click on the Keyboard driver and select Uninstall.
