Windows 10: Why I cant use my Macro Key Option in my lap.

I am using Xiaomi Notebook Ultra.It provides the facility of using Macro keys.But after this update i cant use that.

2- Can I create a Macro to bind keys to change dpi step on the fly?

The issue is quite unclear and too broad for us to distinguish the main reason why you are having challenges/issues in Macro. To have a better understanding of your concern, we'd like to ask you some questions:

• Are you referring on using macros on Excel? If yes, what is the version of your Office?
  
• What exact application are you using when using macros? Where did you download it?

• What were the recent changes made on your computer before you experienced this issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Did you receive any error message?

Sidewinder X4 macros will not work when Keyboard and Mouse Centre is installed via LAPS

Hi there,

I've been trying to get my Sidewinder X4 keyboard macros to work but this requires the Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Centre.

However, my computer is locked down for security reasons and all installs are done through the LAPS (Local Administrator Password Solution) and therefore, the software is installed under a different user account.

Once it's installed, I can open the app as the LAPS account and add/edit/remove macros to my heart's content, but I can't actually use them. If I press the macro keys nothing happens.
NB: I've confirmed that the keyboard is still functioning correctly by plugging it into another Windows 10 machine - that is not under LAPS - and it works absolutely fine.

If I attempt to run the Keyboard and Mouse Centre program as myself, I just get a blank white screen and no ability to do anything with it until I go to the Task Manager and manually terminate the process.

So I'm now stuck. I can't get macros to work if I've installed the software under a different account that is an administrator when I am not.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
