Windows 10: Why I can't use the sharing option in file explorer please help me thank you ^_^

I cannot open the sharing options in File Explorer, but for however reason I could open it on photos app,edge and many places sharing option on File Explorer>>>https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RTctPS3gHDT4wPogvarjFEkGm2kmF0zZ/view?usp=sharing sharing option on photos app>> sharing option on edge>> help me thank you ^_^

Try this step:

Generally when you right click on the picture you will see share with.
Add to shared album > new shared album/list of existing album name
