Windows 10: why i don't have a hyper-v?

i have windos 10 ltsc why i don't have a hyper-vi triedEnable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V -AllandDISM /Online /Enable-Feature /All /FeatureName:Microsoft-Hyper-V

How do I remove Hyper-V? I don´t see Hyper-V in "Turn Windows features on or off".

UPDATE: While doing some additional research on whether or not I would need to change the default location(s) for the VMs, I realized that I can store each VM in different location and don’t need to keep them all in one place. Never knew that. So I won’t need to move the existing ones after all. I can simply store any new VMs on another drive where there is more space. There is always something new to learn.

Hyper-V lets you run an operating system or computer system as a virtual machine on Windows. Before proceeding in disabling
Hyper-V, please create a backup of your files for security purposes.

To disable Hyper-V, please follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Turn Windows Features on or off and press
  Enter.
• Look for the Hyper-V folder.
• Uncheck the tick-box next to the main Hyper-V folder and click
  OK.
• Restart your PC.
