    why is it that after 6 weeks, 7 tickets hours on chat + phone that i can not get an update problem corrected ??? -every morning at start up KB4023057 installs + slows unit + takes up disc space - this has been happening every morning since the November monthly update - only allowed to talk to a live tech once who fixed problem after 1 hour plus on phone, but it came back following morning - tech deleted update + it does not show in installed updates, but shows up on update screen every morning as being successfully installed - have no confidence in competence of online tech support + they a
