Windows 10: why im not able to activate windows..??

i have bought this laptop from croma store surat, after 1 month im faceing windows activation problem. I have did ever possible thing to fix this issue but i failed everytime. PLease acknowlage my problem and give me a full proff solusion

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Im thinking of changing my motherboard, will I still be able to reinstall my genuine Windows XP Home Edition and activate it with Micro$oft, or is a new motherboard classed as a new PC *Confused
