Windows 10: Why in windows 11 screen getting freeze always ?

I am Using windows 11 . my laptop model is ACER NITRO 5 AN515-43-R7US . Daily my laptop screen gets struck at least 30 times. I don't know the reason. I checked my RAM and Storage and everything. still cant able to find the solution. same thing happens to me with windows 10 also. I even tried clean OS install of window 11 and even after the fresh install it got struck and restarted automatically. sometimes it will just freeze and then I have to manually force shutdown and power on again. Please somebody help me. I will response immediately for every help.

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?

 

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
