    Why is a new n100 cpu supported but my i7 4770k isn’t?


    It supports all the same instructions and out performs it. It seems like Microsoft just wants to create tons of e-waste with these trivial requirements… because all the arbitrary new requirements have been proven to not be necessary or am I just imagining it?

    Cannot reserve Windows 10 - CPU not supported - But have an I7-4770K

    I am having the same issue. I tried to reserve my copy of Windows 10 yesterday but the program gave an incompatible CPU error. I have a 3.5 GHz i7 4770k.

    The windows 10 app gave the error..

    "This PC can't run Windows 10.

    It doesn't meet the system requirements.

    Here's why Windows 10 can't be installed on this PC.

    X The CPU isn't supported."

    Intel i7 4770K not supported?

    Cannot reserve Windows 10 - CPU not supported - But have an I7-4770K

    I've found that I cannot reserve Windows 10 because the program keeps telling me that my CPU is not supported. I have an I7-4770K, which should be plenty to support windows 10. I have all the recommended updates installed on my computer. This is all I
    get for an error message.
