Windows 10: Why is Alto's Adventure not saving my progress

My Alto's Adventure isn't saving any of my progress!! I played for hours yesterday and made it to level 15-17. Wake up this morning, load up the game and all progress is gone!!!


A few months ago there was an issue that many were having where we couldn't even load up the game. Yesterday while looking for a new game I stumbled onto Alto's Adventure in the line up and it showed that a ton of things were "fixed"..so I opened the game up and to my surprise I was able to play again but all my previous progress was gone. I started playing and made it to level 16 or 17. This morning I load up the game and ALL MY FREAKING PROGRESS IS GONE AGAIN!! I;ve been trying to contact help with no luck!!!


Has anyone else had this issue and is there a fix?

I have been playing the Minesweeper Adventure in Windows 10 and completed level 524. When completing the level the game locked up and the completed level does not load. Is there Anyway to salvage the progress?

sempre carrega meu ultimo salve mas não salva nenhum progresso atual

nos outros jogos eu consigo entra mas não esta computando os progressos das conquista

ja desentalei os jogos e instalei novamente mas continua esse problema

The question is how to retrieve the progress I have made when opening the game. After playing for many weeks the would always start at the level I had completed. This progress was lost when the game locked
up. I have not restarted it since then.
