Windows 10: Why is an Old MSN annual subscription not blocking spam/junk?

I have a client who has had an msn.com mail account for over 30 years and now pays approximately $60.00/year. It is no longer filtering out spam/junk. When I migrate it over to online outlook, we lose a great deal of mature mail & cannot load all. It also does not filter any better??Please adviseRAMMIS

Need help to block subtle spam.

You may not be able to make a rule due to symbols in the subject line, what you can do is right click the email and choose Junk from the dropdown menu, then on the junk menu you can choose block sender, then click Junk email options and set the level of Junk email protection to high. As a last resort you can click Safe Lists Only, then you'll only see mail in you inbox from senders on your safe list.

You may have already done some of this, IMO the nuclear option is Safe Lists Only to limit your inbox to only those on your safe list.

 

Outlook Junk Mail capacity

Just curious if there is a limit to the number of junk , spam mail that can be stored in the Blocked Mail List, mainly Blocked Mail Domain list? Just blocking junk mail is not as effective as blocking the domain although this can be quite labourious too.

 

How to blanket block spams emails from 'info.xxx'?

Well now, spam email is coming through with the tag 'info', but every time the address is slightly different after the info.xxx, M$ suggested fix is to add it to the 'blocked sender's' list. The problem is one would have to do that with each info spammola, an endless cycle of madness. Is there any way to just have mail from any 'info' spammer go directly to junk, just using 'info' to filter. This is an annoying thing that started awhile back, now getting worse..
