Windows 10: Why is audio output sometimes coming out as staticky?

I have an ASUS Vivbook 14 X412, and I recently upgraded to Windows 11. The output audio occasionally starts becoming staticky I play video, and when I pause the video for a few seconds and test the audio in settings a few times, it goes back to normal. After a while, it becomes staticky later.I tried troubleshooting, but it says there's no problem.I checked the audio drive in device manager, and the audio drive is the Synaptics Audio drive from Conexant. Now, my question is... should I get a different audio drive to resolve the staticky audio? And if so, what drive should I get, and how do I i

no audio output device installed

I've tried every step that was suggested, still getting no audio output device installed.

 

Audio on streamlabs OBS sounds staticky.

When I record with streamlabs obs and go to look at the vido the audio in the video is staticky for some reason. I never had this problem before when using streamlabs tho. I tried reinstalling streamlabs and deleting catch in streamlabs but it didnt work.
Even when I mute my microphone on my headset (because I have a headset microphone) I still hear the static noise. But for some reason when I disable my microphone in streamlabs I wont hear the staticky noise anymore. Can someone help?

 

No Audio Output Device is Installed

Hi,

You will need to select Windows 8 from the drop down list while installing the driver in compatibility mode.

I would suggest you to try setting the speaker as default audio output by following the steps below and check if it helps.

1. Right click on the sound icon on the right bottom corner of the taskbar.

2. Select "playback devices".

3. If "speaker" is not set as the default device, highlight it and click "set as default".

5. Save the changes.
