Windows 10: Why is "Battery usage per app" not working now?

In "System > Power & Battery" settings, I've previously been able to see a list of apps under "Battery usage per app" and sort them, but now it just says "No apps used battery during this time period". Also, if I try to switch the view to "Last 7 days", the whole settings app crashes. It's a new laptop less than 2 months old running the latest Windows 11.I'm hoping I've just inadvertently changed a setting somewhere, but any help would be much appreciated :

Battery problem after Windows 10 Creators Update Installed

Thank you for the update. Have you tried checking which app are draining your battery? To do so, follow the steps below:

• Go to the Settings.
• Now, go to System > Battery
• And go to Battery usage by app.

If issue persists, we suggest rolling back to the previous build before the issue happened.

Going back to Windows 10. To locate this features, follow these steps:

• To view Battery info, Go to Settings > System > Battery> Battery usage by app > All apps.
• For Data Usage, this is now on separate category. From Settings > Network & wireless, under
  Network & wireless you can find Data usage, WiFi etc, and tapping one of these will show current status.

WP8.1 35% battery usage in an hour

In battery saver usage statistics, Internet Explorer is on top and about 70% of it's battery usage is in background.

2nd one is the default Camera app, 100% in background

3rd app on the list is Angry Birds GO, 100% in background

4th one is google mail account,

5th is a TV app, i dont even remember when i've installed it

6th is OneDrive, 100% background usage but background usage of the app has been disabled.

7th is Speedtest.net app, I've used it a couple of weeks ago, that's all



I've used a few apps after installing WP 8.1 preview and IE is one of them, the other apps that I've used was at the bottom of the list, that's really weird.
