    Why is bluetooth still pairing my headset to the computer when the bluetooth setting is off?


    I have a HEADSET I pair to my cell phone. When I turn on my computer it disconnects my phone and pairs the device to the computer. The bluetooth is already turned off on the computer and I have disconnected and removed the device at least 100 times. Why is bluetooth pairing to anything when the setting is off?
