    Why Is Every Single Topic In The Community Always Locked?


    Whenever I go searching for a solution to a problem, I find threads in which the problem has not been solved, yet the thread is locked. In fact, I have never once in my experience found a single thread in this community which wasn't locked. They're always locked even though nobody has given a satisfactory answer. And I'm just wondering how and when these people even responded. How did they happen to catch the post if it was already locked?I don't understand the point of having a support forum where every single thread is locked. Who could that possibly be helpful for?I have the same quest
