Windows 10: why is everything being saved as a pm file? I cant print'

I can't print.Steps taken:I checked my printer settings and they are fineI rand the troubleshooter and it is fineEvery time I try to print, I am required to save the file as either a pm or all filesI have followed the prompts, named the file several times and I have tried both pm file type and all filesI still can't print.

What is this "Save to Print File" issue?

Since the latest update, when I need to print it wants me to "Save to Print File". I checked and my printer is set as default and there is NOT a check in the Print to File box. Any suggestions.

 

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.
