Windows 10: Why is file explorer asking for a sign in?

File explorer keeps asking for a sign in but then tells me I can't log in with a personal log in and requires a business or education log in....Going round in circles...

Why is File Explorer asking me to sign in?

When I open File Explorer it asks me to sign in on the top right of the window. When I try to sign in with my Microsoft account it says My account is a personal Microsoft Account and that this application does not support personal Microsoft accounts. I tried to log in with the account that is my administrative account on my computer. I don't understand what other account it could possibly want? Does anyone know what I need to do to make it so File Explorer stops asking me to sign in?

• Click the Start Menu.
• Right-click File Explorer.
• Choose Pin to taskbar.

"This file can't be previewed" problem in explorer

• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
