Windows 10: Why is Fortnite Blue Screening, tech support states Windows related, is this true?

I keep experiencing blue screens as well as game crashes when only playing Fortnite. I have replaced my RAM and my SSD because some blue screens where saying it was memory related. I completely reformated all drives, got rid of the old SSD. Blue screens are different everytime and still occuring.. After reaching out to tech support, they stated it's windows related. I'm not sure that makes sense because it only happens with this game. I had Windows 11, realized my pc doesn't support it so I tried downgrading to windows 10 home, it still blue screened, so I went to Windows Pro, and it still hap

I received a call stating my license was running out. Is that true?

That's a scam call....

Microsoft will never call you out of the blue.

Best to just hang up on those scammers.
