Windows 10: Why is fortnite stuttering at medium settings when I'm able to run The Last of Us Part I?

For some reason The Last of Us Part I runs fine, but Fortnite is stuttering.

INSANE stuttering in Fortnite Chapter 4

Dear Dr.Vivek,in this case I suggest you try to uninstall and reinstall FORtnite;

Then leave Windows in performance mode;

Right-click on the start menu and go to System;

Click Advanced System Settings;

In the Performance section, click Settings;

Check the Adjust for better performance option and click Apply;

Check if the stutter still persists in Fortnite;

Computer lags when I try to run Fortnite

Prior to the issue, I changed some settings on my computer to make fortnite run better (Fortnite ran fine for a week after I changed the settings). I dont think that it was that that caused the problem... I do have the latest patch for fortnite ( I reinstalled
Fortnite entirely and checked for updates). And I always update my device to the latest version. If you’re wondering what settings I changed, theres a youtube video about how to increase framerate in Fortnite by Panjno (the latest version). Thank you for

Files & Folders View as medium or large Icons

To assist you better, we would suggest that you try to follow the steps below:

• Open File Explorer.
• Once you are viewing a folder, right click an empty space within the File Explorer window and select View from the dialogue menu, then choose Large or any icon you wanted to use. Alternatively, you can use the following shortcut keys on the keyboard to
  change your View settings:

• CTRL + SHIFT + 1 Extra Large
• CTRL + SHIFT + 2 Large icons
• CTRL + SHIFT + 3 Medium Icons
• CTRL + SHIFT + 4 Small Icons
• CTRL + SHIFT + 5 List
• CTRL + SHIFT + 6 Details
• CTRL + SHIFT + 7 Tiles
• CTRL + SHIFT + 8 Content

3. Once you have the view set, you can make it the default view for

every folder.

4. Click Apply, then click OK.
