Windows 10: Why is forza not downloading?

I have more than enough space on my computer 384 GB to be exact. I have all of the specs that I need to run it. I have cleared the cache 3 times now. I tried downloading it on the xbox app and the microsoft store. Nothing is working, I get a popup on the app that says "choose a drive" I only have C: btw and I have tried every file, to download games on. Even my hidden ones. And microsoft stores problem is when click "install included with gamepass" it clicks, then turns green again. After that I check my "library" but nothing is there. A while ago I factory reset my computer with Forza on

You can download and play the game as soon as it's released in your region. Can you confirm the date for this?.

If not the case I suggest to do the follin step from the page.

Why does Forza Horizon 3 keep downloading over and over

Hi,

For us to isolate the issue, we will need to ask you a few questions:

• Are you experiencing the same problem with the other application that you want to download or just the Forza Horizon 3 app?
  
• Aside from the downloading page, is there an error message when you download the app?
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Have you tried contacting the developer of the app?

Thank you for your reply. For you to resume your download, we would suggest that delete unnecessary files on your D:drive even the corrupted Forza Horizon 3 that you downloaded.
