Amazon Appstore not Opening

Hopefully something there will work if nothing in the main tutorials in my first post that work for most others don't. Please do not skip any steps. We often find out later that the fix was the skipped step. If you need help performing any step I will help.

Cannot get Amazon appstore

Thanks for responding Carlos. Not on VPN, so I tried your steps and still no change. Amazon appstore does not appear in MS store, probably because it sees it as incompatible with my pc. I went to this page: Install mobile apps and the Amazon Appstore (microsoft.com), and clicked a link called get "Get Amazon Appstore." The app appears, but an error message says "This app will not work on your device." It shows the system requirements, and all items have a green checkmark, except one that says it is only available to Windows 11 users in the US. I am using updated versions of Windows and MS Store and I am in the US, which I verified in the settings.
