    why is "Help" here at Microsoft "Help" section NO HELP????????


    No one can get a straight answer to a problem. Why? especially when the same question has been asked many, many times, and for many years?


    This is a bad joke, a waste of time, and an insult to the way a business should be run. Pitiful is all I can use to describe "customer service".


    But, I've got them right where I want them, directly behind me with my pants down around my ankles.

    Help choosing a new case

    Don't really know how to help you. You are being vague. Here is what I would do. Choosing a case is aesthetics first. Shop NewEgg and list the cases you like and list them. Members will suggest the best choice from your selections.
