Windows 10: Why is it impossible to get support from Microsoft? Im about to just delete my accounts...

I have a 25 year old email address with the Hotmail domain. I have had this email since I was a kid and needless to say it is almost completely useless because of all the spam not to mention it is just looks bad when I am sending work emails through a Hotmail account. I have moved all my services over to a newer outlook address over the years so now my Hotmail account is basically useless except it is also attached to my Xbox live and it is how I sign in on my PCs. Because it is impossible to get support from Microsoft Ive tried for hours and hours every day for weeks now I followed the

Cannot link/add my Microsoft Account to Local Account

Im using Win10 Build 1607 with all latest update.

I also run all related troubleshooters:

• Windows Update
• Store Apps (says i have to login in my microsoft account but thats the problem, i can't)
• Microsoft Accounts

No Problem found. Also the suggestions from Microsoft didnt helped.

 

Remove account
