Windows 10: WHY IS IT MIROSOFT WILL NOT ALLOW US TO SPEAK WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ON THE PHONE?

MS SENT ME TO NUMEROUS LINKS AND PAGES TO LEARN HOW TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND N O N E OF THEM LEAD TO AN ACTUAL PHONE #. I CALLED THE 800-865-9408 CUSTOMER SERVICE # AND IT PUSHED ME OFF TO HELP.MICROSOFT.COM WHICH WAS YET AGAIN A WASTE OF MY TIME AS HELP.MICROSOFT.COM ALSO SENT ME TO OTHER NUMEROUS PAGES THAT ALSO DID NOT PROVIDE A REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE #. AND IT IS MY BELIEF, THEY NEVER WILL. I WILL NOT PROVIDE MY CREDIT CARD # OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION THROUGH EMAIL, AS YOU ASKED ME TO. BUT I WILL PROVIDE IT TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.PLEASE D O N O T SEND ME

phone back.. try to speak to that woman again.. if that fails, continue the phone call with "maybe you should help me.. my phone... etc"

you don't need to deal with a single rep, you need the company to replace your phone and any rep should be able to do arrange that for you..



seriously, Nokia customer service is pretty damn poor.. it's such a shame..

That's messed up! Have you tried to contact them by phone as suggested? Their costumer service reps aren't actually bad when you speak to them personally
