Windows 10: Why is it my left ctrl button mutes my system and alt and other buttons shut down my...

Everytime I hit ctrl it hides all my windows on screen and mutes my system. Whether I be mid game or just on my desktop. I don’t know how to fix this and I’ve saw other people ask for help years ago on here and the advice given doesn’t work.

I try to find the answer but cant find the solution..

My left ctrl suddenly become mute also windows and alt, its strange if its about the keyboard, everybody has a same problem. Left ctrl for mute, windows and alt for Sleep.

Hello all,

I have searched all over the internet for an answer to this, but I have yet to come across one that will work. Anything close is from older versions of windows (Vista, 7, 8) but nothing for windows 10. But my problem is that when I go to hit the power button
under my start menu, there is nothing to click on. There is no restart, sleep, or shut down button. I press on the power button and just receive a small empty gray box. Also the same thing happens when i press CTRL ALT DEL, the only button there is the "Lock"
but no "Task manager" Or anything else. Also one other thing i discovered is that on the desktop, where alt+f4 will typically bring up a small window to also give options to shut down, I just get a box that says "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions
in effect on this computer". I have tried a few things, but nothing has worked as this error message apparently usually appears for internet explorer.

1. All I did was upload printer driver from HP official site.

2. This happened after I updated Microsoft new release for window 10. After update was completed I tried logging back into the system. It rejected my password even when I knew my password was correct.

By pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL buttons I added admin password and restarted but now every time I login in, I have to type in password twice.

I thought will be able go back and remove the 1st password bye pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL button but now it does not work.

In other word yes I did made changes by typing in password for Admin .

I tried recovere program, As soon as I switch on, it ask me to type in the pass word that I added, then it uploads window system and again it ask me to type in password for window which I originally setup.

It did not make any difference.

I will try what you suggested and see if that works. And will update you as soon as I have completed.
