i have been trying for 2 days to reset my other account's password and i compilated so many modules and gave every information possible yet i always get the same answer that " the informations aren't enough" , it's outrages that because don't use other products of Microsoft it automatically concludes that i haven't gave enough informations even though i gave all my emails and my number. What's the purpose of the verification code that you send if it doesn't resolve the problem, why is the security so high but the recuperation systems are useless that even the user can't get into their own acco

Thanks for the reply, but it does not help me. The website does not proceed past step 4. After entering the security code, the website does not proceed to step 5. It does not give an error message, it simply greys out the next and cancel buttons and hangs
indefinitely.

If you going to use a password make a new Account without a password so if you need to get back in your computer if you can.
