Windows 10: Why is it so difficult to resize App windows?? I want to grab the border of an app and...

I want to grab the border of an app in order to resize it and there's an impossibly tiny edge that allows grabbing. I often-times end up clicking on what is behind the app instead of the app edge. Is there any way to fix this?

We're not sure how exactly you're trying do it. To resize the Start menu in Windows 10,

• 
  Select Start, select the top or side border, and then drag to your desired size.
  
• 
  If you want to see all your apps, grab the top or side borders of the Start menu and drag them to your desired size.
  
• 
  Finally, if you want to make the Start menu completely full screen, go to
  Settings > Personalization > Start,
  and then turn on Use Start full screen.
  

To resize an app tile, go to Start, right-click a tile, and select Resize.
Then pick a size.

Hi all,

after a rather well performed upgrade, I cannot resize my rather small "Start" horizontally. Resizing vertically works as expected. But it should as MS stated in its W10 How To pages:

Resizing the Start menu

Applies to Windows 10

Nice text. But it does not work for me.

Any idea how to cope with the problem.
