Windows 10: Why is it that every time the Windows Update occurs I have an issue with my screen adaptor?

EVERY time there is a scheduled automatic update, my PC cant connect to an external screen via HDMI and i can't change my screen brightness. I have done the Device Unistallation-Reinstallation process, and this only sometimes works it's not working now, and i have to wait untill suddenly something i do not know what happens and the screen works fine again. I have seen this issue come up on other forums it's been happening to me for more than 2 years on different computers. Since the above steps did not help to fix the issue, let’s try simple steps and check if it helps. Follow the below methods.

The issue you are facing may occur due to the network adapter driver is outdated. I suggest you to run Network troubleshooter and let us know the status.

Method 1.

I would suggest you to run Network troubleshooter and check.

• 
  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View all on the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Network troubleshooter.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced on the Network troubleshooter dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
  
• 
  Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Network troubleshooter.
  

If the issue still persist try the below steps provided.

Method 2.

I would suggest you to update network driver manually and check.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Now click on Network adaptor and right click on it and
  Network adaptor and update the driver.

• Right click on the driver and click on update.

Step 2.

I recommend you to update the Wi-Fi adaptor driver and check. Follow the below information provided.

• Press Windows key + X and click on Device manager.
• Locate for Network Adaptor and expand it.
• Right click on the Wi-Fi Adaptor and click on update.
