Windows 10: Why is it that I cannot download Paint on my Windows 10?

I have Windows 10.It does not allow me to download Paint from Microsoft Apps.Why?The only solution is to download Windows 11, but then I will lose my ability to use Excel, Power Point, and Word 7.What gives?

- Where are you trying to download Paint 3D?

- Did you receive any error message when trying to download the app?

- Can you narrate the troubleshooting steps that you’ve done to address this issue?



If you are using Windows 10 version 1709, Paint 3D should be available by default. We recommend that you have run the wsreset.exe to clear and reset Windows Store cache and try to download the Paint 3D from the Windows Store. You can
follow the steps below:

• Open the Run box. Press and hold the Windows Key + R.

• Type WSReset.exe
• Click on Run as administrator

Microsoft signals end of Paint program

Microsoft has confirmed that it will continue to offer its graphics program Paint.

In a recent update, it had listed Paint as a feature that would be either removed or no longer developed.

Paint, renowned for its simplicity, has been part of the Windows operating system since its launch in 1985.

Microsoft suggested it would not remain on Windows 10 by default but did say it would be available for free on the Windows Store.
