Windows 10: Why is it that there is no customer support for products purchased on microsoft website?

I recently purchased a flex keyboard for my surface. the item never showed so i requested a refund/return. I then purchased another one hoping for it to arrive however it looks like i wont be receiving this one also. then i began the arduous journey of trying to call customer support and now im in a loop in the customer service web in which it keeps redirecting me to a number that no one answers. Even the phone customer support redirects me to billing however, all i need is an answer as to whether or not ill get my products and or refunds. I really dont get how microsoft customer service coul

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.

sorry to hear that. Something similar happened to me. I tried to purchase a surface and the website did not let me finalize the transaction (maybe due to high volume, it was black Friday). so I resorted to the assistance of customer service who was very
eager to charge my credit card. 24 hours later, no receipt from Microsoft. after contacting the customer support I am told the sale never happened, the item was still in the cart and I was offered to purchase again. I say no thanks. I finally manage to get
the darn machine purchased by myself on the website and pick it up. couple weeks later I discover in horror that I was billed twice.

If the transaction happened with a credit card I suggest you dispute the charge with the credit card company. I am still in the process of doing that but I had some luck in the past with this sort of bad manners from big businesses
