Windows 10: why is it when i press the right arrow key it clears my tab

ill open a new tab and open a site, lets say youtube. and i type in a video name and i miss spelled somthing so i go to click the arrow key to delete it and when i click the right arrow key it, returns me to as if i just opened a new tab

Right arrow key doesn't work. Have to press alt+right arrow to function normally.

I don't remember when it started, but I noticed that my right arrow key doesn't function anymore. It is not a physical issue. No dust or anything of that nature physically blocking the key/keycap/etc. Happens on all keyboards I test, so its definitely a software/technical issue.

The only way to actually use the right arrow key is by pressing ALT+right arrow and it functions as intended. Up, left, and down all function normally, but the right does not. I have to press ALT+right arrow to make it work. Can't figure it out.

my tab and right arrow keys are pressed sutomatically , i have been facing this issue for quite some time now.

I tried all the methods in this similar thread other than the keyboard driver uninstall since i have not attached any external keyboards Redirecting

after i created a new user account the issue was not observed but when i switched back from the old to new one the issue started on the new account also ?

Unfortunately they have not resolved the issue.

After reviewing the on screen keyboard, the right arrow key on the keyboard when pressed is acting as the ALT and DELETE keys.

The right arrow does not function as a right arrow key in the BIOS menu

either.
