Windows 10: why is kb5034441 not installing

I have 530MB in WinRE already and don't have to expand it and it only needs 250MB to install but fails over and over, this is the question a lot of people are asking and not getting answers.I tried to do the manual resize and the directions at about the middle of it don't coincide with what shows up on the command prompt so i couldn't go through with it anyway, "way to confusing" and anyway i was able to bring up the partitions to see what was in them and it showed 530MB in WinRE.When is someone going to give an accurate answer to this, when its to late and someone hacks my computer to steal
