Windows 10: Why is Microsoft constantly asking me to change my password?

I attempted to sign in with my Password but was told it was incorrect. It was not. I double checked I was entering it exactly correctly and it still denied it as incorrect. I then reset my password so I could continue to use my microsoft account. It requested authentication through the authentication app. I provided the code, the system accepted it and allowed me to change my password. I thought this was almost over and a quick fix..... But then Microsoft kept sending me in a loop of "We've noticed strange behavior on your account you must change your password", after I had just changed it. I

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Try disconnecting the cable from the Internet:

• • If there is a Wi-Fi icon on the sign-in screen, click it and go to Airplane mode.
    
  • If there is a wired connection, disconnect the wire.
  • If sign-in is successful, let us know in the comments!
  • Also, we can then change to a local account, restart, and re-connect to the MSA.
    
  • If this works, please let us know!

2. Try sign-in on another device (phone or PC) via the
https://account.microsoft.com
page.

• If the sign-in is unsuccessful, stop and handle it like any other password issue.
  
• If sign-in is successful there, don’t try resetting/changing the password, continue to the next step.

3. Try using the On-Screen Keyboard to sign in on the PC.

4. If that fails, make sure the PC is connected to the Internet (the connection icon should be visible in the lower right).

how to change microsoft account password in my Lumia 8.1 (Two-step verification asks me to change it with my app password)

I set the Two-step verification in my Microsoft account and set up the authenticator app in my Lumia windows Phone 8.1. Now I received an email asking to set the provided app password as a password of my Microsoft Account on the phone. However the instructions
says to go on my Lumia on Settings->email and account click on Microsoft account and change the password with the app one: however on that page I didn't find is no way to change my password because no password field is provided (only name of the account ,
every time I want an update, the conte4nts to synchronize and the server name).

I notice that also for some other emails accounts (e.g. gmail, live) I connot find a field password where possibly change it ... while in others (yahoo, exchange) There is a username/password field I can modify ...

Any suggestion?
