    How have I "exceeded the daily call limit?" The call was dropped twice so I had to call a third time, the lady said I would be given a call back within 30 minutes. It's been 45 minutes so I tried to call Microsoft Customer Service again and it said "You have exceeded the daily call limit. Please try again in 24 hours."I just paid $7 for the month to be able to call that phone number and get customer service because I sat on chat for 30 minutes with no response from anybody.Why does Microsoft think it's okay to charge me money to use the customer service hotline, then ban me from calling it bec

    Bad Customer Service from Corsair [SOLVED]

    Forget Corsair's bad customer service, it sounds like your retailer isn't holding up their end of the bargain and has fobbed you off.

    In the UK, the retailer/seller is legally responsible for handling replacements for stuff under warranty. They like to send you back to the manufacturer for the obvious reason that is saves them time, money and hassle, but they don't have the right to do that. They can only suggest this option to you and it's up to you if you want to do go down this route.

    So, how long ago did you buy the keyboard and which retailer sold it to you?

    XFX started it and Evga is doing the same. Evga is starting its own reinbursement program for those who bought the Evga 2xx series when they first came out. All you have to do is follow a few steps.

    • Must be a new purchase from an authorized EVGA reseller. Step-ups do not qualify.
    • You have 14 days to register and upload a qualified invoice to claim your EVGA Bucks.
    • Only customers who purhased the EVGA GTX 280 or GTX 260 at the full Manufactured Suggested Reatil Price (MSRP) will qualify for the Reimbursement Program.
    • If between June 16th and July 7th you purchased an:
    • EVGA GTX 260 you will receive $75.00 in EVGA Bucks* or $60.00 Cash Back
    • EVGA GTX 280 you will receive $150.00 in EVGA Bucks* or $125.00 Cash Back
    The only thing this doesn't cover is the Step-up program. I'm fine with that because I got the price cut anyway. I just hope to get the card by this weekend if not early next week. I have a itch to bench. *Rockout :rockout:

    BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I have been dealing with NOKIA for over two months about the adapter to my notebook. They have not been able to help me, have been putting me on the run around and never returning my calls. I dont suggest anyone join with NOKIA. The only problem that I have
    is not even with the notebook. Its the charger. I dont understand why it is so hard for them to send me a replacement. Worst customer service ever!!!!
