    Why is Microsoft not offering Windows 11 to users with powerful older CPUs like the i7-870, even when the system performs well?Are there any plans to collect user feedback or statistics from users who would prefer an official Windows 11 upgrade path for older PCs without workarounds?Thanks

    Intel Core i7-6700HQ Not Getting The Windows 11 Update?

    Hi there,

    The Intel core i7-6700HQ is still even in 2021, a pretty powerful CPU, what led Microsoft to decide that PC users with this CPU should not get an update to windows 11? It is not so that this CPU can't handle the Windows 11 operating system. Should older PC's with still powerful enough CPU's be left out? Is this "good business" for Microsoft?

    Would appreciate your insights and comments on this,

    Upgrading to windows 11 i7 7500U CPU

    Hello microsoft as I know windows 11 will not support my i7 7500U CPU I'm wondering if this is final decision or the list will be update need answer to make my own decision about microsoft and my new computer.

    Intel CPU not supported in Windows 11

    I see that the Intel Core i7-5500u 2.4Ghz is not supported in Windows 11. I see other Intel CPUs listed with less overall power than the i7. Does MS have any plans to expand the CPU supported list?

I highly doubt that the Celeron from 1998 has that security feature either, yet it is supported for Win 11. Perhaps there is some newer instructions that are used when using...
