Windows 10: Why is Microsoft requiring I purchase a new computer? I think it's class action lawsuit time.

Why force everyone to buy new computers. I smell a big, fat silicon rat. I'm calling my Republican members of Congress. Just because Microsoft's lousy Co-Pilot is a complete and utter failure DEI casualty, they think they are going to save the sinking ship by forcing everyone to buy new computers? Wrong. Unless they wanna tank their pathetic company even faster. Who do they think they are? It's time Microsoft got off it's high horse and started treating people fairly and with respect. I have a feeling a break-up is in their future. Thank God,

NVIDIA 4090 Class action lawsuit

I think this is a bad lawsuit. Why? Because what is the solution? People hardly see the consequences of their actions years out. What if in response to this, Nvidia coats the gpu board with harmful Chemical flame retardants that are Nurotoxic? The gpu will still heat up, but now its releasing neurotoxins like bromine, which is a commonly used chemical. What will Nvidia do? They will go the cheapest option which is the chemicals. They should ship a water cooling option with the 4090. Are they going to do that? Or are they going to use the chemicals? So the people starting the lawsuit dont have anyone's health in real concern. They got tunnel vision. If there is actually some defect, then the lawsuit needs to document that, and present the solution.

Seagate slapped with class action lawsuit over hard drive failure rate


The problem with a class action lawsuit is only the lawyers come out a winner. I was included in a class action lawsuit over a $50.00 rebate for a disk drive. When the suite was settled instead of a $50.00 rebate I got a discount coupon for a new purchase from the same company that didn't honor the rebate. Guess where the coupon went.
