Windows 10: Why is microsoft so difficult when it comes to recovering accounts....

I have tried for ages to recover my hacked Minecraft account which used a different Microsoft account to this one, but Microsoft wont let me do it purely because i don't remember my username. When I tried logging in the password which I tried multiple times, was wrong and it said to send a recovery code to an email that I never had or know the name of, Also the email of the account was changed to some random email called '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' which is definitely not mine, I've sent so many emails and account recovery emails but it always says 'not enough information....' I don't k
