Windows 10: Why is Microsoft Store stuck on "Getting Ready" ?

Hi, my girlfriend and I have been stuck for 2 hours trying to fix her PC's Microsoft store that's been stuck at "getting ready" Key DetailsWindows 10 not activated Not able to find microsoft store files in the registry Tried downloading Xbox app but it's been stuck at around 20%pls help, we paid for gamepass and all we wanna do is play Minecraft together

Microsoft Store App is Stuck on Getting Ready Screen

Whenever I open my Microsoft Store app it is stuck in the getting ready screen, i cannot access store settings and when i reset Microsoft Store using msreset it opens and gets stuck on the same screen again.
