Windows 10: Why is my APEX PRO TKL Doing shortcuts when I type

Hi, So I recently got a Apex Pro TKL and for the past week or so ive been having issues with my keyboard.Where my keyboard will type random letters, then when i type it will do shortcuts for example if I was to click esc it would pull up the windows menu. Now it is affecting other keyboards, Including the windows virtual keyboard where it will hold down Alt gr and the Apex Pro TKL doesn't have a Alt gr button. I believe that the issue is something to do with the drivers, But ive tried uninstalling the drivers and re-installing them. I've also tried turning off sticky keys and filter keys, I've

PC problem

Hi,

I have an issue with my pc. I am running windows 10 and use my pc for gaming. Occasionally when I turn my pc on and attempt to type text, the keyboard doesn't type, but it will open shortcuts instead when I type letters. Also my alt ctrl del doesn't work when this happens. I've found that if I sign out of windows and sign back in it works fine USUALLY not all the time, but only for a short while and the problem is beginning to happen more frequently. Also sometimes in the middle of gaming the pc will log me out to the login screen randomly. I am using a Steelseries APEX PRO TKL and have tried installing the latest keyboard driver for the Steelseries TKL and keeping windows up to date but the problem still occurs.

When I go into Device Manager, under 'Keyboards' it shows

Sometimes I will also find my mouse and mouse-dock is in this keyboard list also. (No sign of Apex Pro TKL in the list)

I have uninstalled all 6 HID Keyboard Devices, and deleted the mouse and mouse dock along with the mouse and mouse dock drivers from the keyboard list and restarted my PC. The Mouse is now gone from this section however the 6 HID Keyboard Devices have returned. (Still no sign of Apex Pro TKL in this list)

I am happy to provide any further info needed. Please Help.

(Note: I have also tried Recovery - Reset this PC and deleted apps and settings, and still this problem occurs)

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if that helps.

• Go to the folder C:\Windows\System32 and sort by file type.
• Look for the screensaver file type (.scr).
• Find the file scrnsave.scr(you can choose any of the screensavers).
• Right click and select send to>desktop (create shortcut). The shortcut on my attachment, but when i click on it my screen goes off and on and nothing else.
