    Why is my battery draining so quickly and battery status is 0%?


    I am using a HP Pavilion laptop with Windows 11.Earlier today I was not able to turn the laptop on, even with the charger plugged in. It only turned on when I also connected a phone charger. In System settings > Power & Battery it says that the Windows Default Lock Screen is currently in use and is using 71% of the battery.I tried Windows Key + x > Device Manager and then uninstalling the battery apps. The computer screen became brighter as if the battery was charged. However, when I selected Restart, the computer just shut down but would not restart. The only way I can get it to res
