    Why is my bluetooth device showing, connected mic audio, then glitches out?


    My bluetooth device which I use for listening are EarPods, but when I connect it to my laptop, it shows something like this: connected mic, audio. But it glitches and disappears then again shows mic and audio. Sometimes it glitches and disappears and appears again mic or audio. I please want someone to help cuz my EarPods do connect to other devices not laptop.
