Windows 10: Why is my C drive space filling up and coming back when I restart?

A few weeks ago I started having this problem. After a certain amount of time, the space on my C drive starts to disappear. It sometimes happens quicker depending on the applications I have open, and whenever I restart my computer it resets and does the same thing. I thought it could have been because I accidentally deleted a program file wrong, but after fixing the issue it's still happening. I've also deleted unnecessary apps and things, used disk cleanup as well as defragment/optimize drives. I haven't installed or done anything new, nor have I clicked any weird links, so as far as I'm awar

Have you check if Windows is currently downloading an update?

My C drive space in Windows 10 is filling up rapidly. I tried deleting CBS files but that weren't occupying much space.

I used Treesize but not able to make sense of which file is occupying unnecessary space and which file to delete.
