Windows 10: Why is my capcut not working

Hi I have an app downloaded called Cap Cut its an online video editing software but everytime I try to open it it loads up then crashes/ closes before I can do anything. I've tried to download and redownload but nothing seems to work. It says its suspended in Task Manager but I haven't messed with any of the settings. It used to work a few days prior too but it stopped working without a reason. Any solutions?

You seem to be having some problems with capcut. You seem to have some screens that are missing when you open the software. What channel are you using to download the software? Browser or app store? You can try uninstalling the software and reinstalling it from a different source.



I would love to help you, but since capcut is not a Microsoft product, I don't have expert knowledge of the software and I can't be sure if some of the missing areas are due to the settings of the app or the version of the app or if some of the files are missing. This prevents me from providing you with further advice. If the problem is still not resolved after you uninstall and reinstall on a different channel, we recommend that you contact capcut support directly.

Windows 10 infinite restart black screen


The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
