  2. Subtitles/closed captions are now opaque instead of bright white.

I don't know how to do a screen shot so I've put URL instead. Subtitles/closed captions are for the hard of hearing (me) so I can read what the person is saying, problem is now I can't see the subtitles clearly; they've changed from bright white across
the bottom of the news report I'm watching to a faint opaque colour and I don't know how to get the words to show bright white.

    Hi LorettaPhillips1,

I'm an Independent Advisor and consumer of Microsoft products just like you. Let me help you with your concern.

Here's the steps to turn on closed captioning:

    1. Right-click or tap-and-hold anywhere on the playing video. A menu bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. If closed captioning is available, a CC icon will be displayed.

    2. Tap or click the CC icon.

    3. Tap or click the language you want to see closed captions in.
