Windows 10: Why is my computer blue screening on the first startup?

So, I've looked into the issue a bit and it seems like my CPU is overheating, I'm not sure what settings I need to fix the problem, but I remember messing with some settings then this issue began happening. I linked the minidump folder for anyone who wants to see.MiniDump
