    When I run a Full scan it comes with malware threat of Trojan

    Original Title: Malware i.e. Trojan

    I've run quick scan and it comes back with no threats. But when I run a Full scan it comes with malware threat of Trojan. And it never clears it, because I've run full scan after one another with Windows Defender and it still comes back with threat. How
    do I get rid of it, I'm a novice at computers any help would be appreciated. Because all Windows Defender does is quarantine the malware and so far there's about (5) quarantined.
