Windows 10: Why is my computer locking up on boot after installing M.2 SSD

I just bought a Crucial P3 Plus 2TB M.2 SSD for my son's computer. It currently has a 250GB SSD and 1TB HDD on a ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 motherboard and running an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 processor. After installing the M.2 SSD, the computer won't boot up at all. It freezes on image below: Have tried to remove and reinstall several times with no luck. Boots fine when I remove the SSD. Any help would be appreciated.

SATA SSD and M.2 SSD

i was with a ssd sata and now i have ssd m.2, i formatted and put windows 11 in m.2, but i did not remove the ssd sata, i can only boot windows with the ssd sata connected, if i remove it windows does not boot to m.2



obs: windows was installed on m.2 but the ssd sata was still connected, but windows was 100% installed on m.2, is there any way I can set m.2 as primary? (when i removed the ssd sata it did not recognize windows)

i will install windows 7 first then windows 10, so that newest boot maanager will add older version boot entry for win 7 .

now any bios tweaking like uefi settings in bios? i heard installation is triky in m.2 ssd.

i just got a brand new Samsung 960 Evo to my system

after installing the m.2
other hdd's and ssd's are not shown in the boot menu
i want to boot from old ssd to migrate the os to the new m.2

so that's what happend
