Windows 10: Why is my computer running so poorly?

So I had to put in my bit locker recovery key a little bit ago but unfortunately I wasn’t able to get my Microsoft account that had it so I had to wipe my computer and reinstall windows 11. However ever since I did that my computer has been running super poorly. It stutters a lot and takes a while to open things like google or even just type. I have tried to play a game called rust and it is barely playable with how much it stutters which is weird because it should be able to run fine. I have a rtx 3070 with 16g of ram and a i7 cpu so it shouldn’t have any issues and when I go to my task manag

In addition to all of the clean up that you do with these other tools, I would suggest that you download Windows Repair from www.tweaking.com and run this utility twice in safe mode and run each step in the program twice. This may fixe a number of errors that have crept in or have been caused by malware, viruses, etc. that don't get fixed by the other tools.

You can also install CCleaner to clean up the junk as well.

Both of the above programs are free.

Thanks for the suggestions. I restored the computer to factory, then did the upgrade.
